For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions, The term "we", "us", "our" used anywhere on this page shall mean MAKWANA DESIGN STUDIO, whose registered/operational office is Plot No. 11-SHIVSHAKTI, Gaurishankar Soc., Nr. Jewels Circle, Bhavnagar, Gujarat, IN-364003 . "You", “your”, "user", “visitor” shall mean any natural or legal person who is visiting our website and/or agreed to purchase from us.

Service area:

Our services are limited to the Australia and United States regions only.

 

Currency:

  • For the Australia region: Australian Dollar (AUD)

  • For the United States region: United States Dollar (USD)

 

Accepted Payment Methods:

For Australia region:

  • All major debit/credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club)

Please note that we do not support direct bank transfers at this time.

 

Liability Limit:

We, shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.

 

Payment Terms:

  • Payment Terms: We follow a Net 15 policy, requiring payment to be made within 15 days from the date of invoicing.

 

  • Overdue Charges: A late fee of 5% of the total invoice amount will be applied for each 15-day period the payment is overdue.

 

  • Invoice Acknowledge: Upon receipt of the invoice, please review the charges to ensure they align with your order. Kindly acknowledge receipt by returning an email. If you identify any discrepancies, please notify us within 3 days of receipt.

 

 

 

Billing Information:

When a client places their first order with us, we retrieve and include billing information from their website resources. If you notice any inaccuracies in the information provided, please inform us promptly. Please note that this process is one-time and is only done when the client places their initial order.

 

Security Measures:

As our payment partners include PayPal and Google Pay, all your payment information, such as your name, contact details, transactions, and debit/credit card details, will be highly secure. We provide the best safeguards against any potential threats. A secure connection will be established when making payments through the payment gateway. Additionally, our website is SSL certified for added security.

 

Cancellation, Refund and Discount:

Once an order is placed, cancellation requests will not be entertained, and refunds will not be provided once payment is completed. Discounts per service will be provided solely under ongoing promotional offers. No additional discounts beyond these promotions will be offered. However, in exceptional cases, we may extend discretionary discounts at our discretion, not obligatory under any circumstance.

 

Payment dispute:

To raise a payment dispute, we recommend contacting our Accounts Department as listed. Please provide a brief explanation of the issue along with necessary documents. Our account team will promptly address and work to resolve the matter at the earliest convenience. Any dispute arising out of use of our website and/or purchase with us and/or any engagement with us is subject to the laws of India.

 

Taxes and fees:

Our services are tax-exclusive. Apart from overdue charges, additional fees such as shipping and handling will not be included on our invoices.

 

Subscription and Recurring Payments:

We do not entertain subscription and recurring payment facilities.

 

Updates to the Policy:

Please note that the content of the payment policy is subject to modification without prior notice. We reserve the right to update or amend this policy as necessary to ensure compliance with legal requirements and to enhance our service standards. Any changes made will be communicated promptly to all concerned parties.

 

Shipping:

Shipping is not applicable for business.

 

Verify Prices:

We kindly request our valued clients to verify the latest price list and confirm the current prices of services before placing an order. Alternatively, you may request a quote. Clients are expected to be aware of the prices and cannot claim ignorance as an excuse.
